If I can use staffs and can find a one handed staff, I should be able to second a dagger. I don't care if its melee/mage. A one handed staff uses one hand. The end. I should be able to use a dagger with it! Make staffs able to be used while dual wielding.

Dual wielding staffs seems a bit odd to me.
A mage should never be able to dual wield. Also the only one handed staff in the game is AWFUL statistically, so I have no idea why you would ever wield it with the intent of having any melee output with it

Look at a druid staff WHO can DUEL WIELD.
You aren't grasping what I'm saying. The only one handed staff in FL is trash. There is no scenario where you would wield it for any purpose beyond staff shield.
