Make herald eq directly conpete with high end pvp gear

First let me please try to make it clear this is not done with the intent of hating on herald, or anyones desire to be well armed. Heralds, especially the last few years, have been the most helpful, and selfless characters in game. Their constant contributions to global rp, as well as helping anyone get their character going.  With that being said, id like to. See herald eq put heralds in a place where they dont have a need to get decked. The reason i say this is T herald, and above, are going to be well out of range for almost anyone to kill. They can call high damage spells faster than any other class, they can heal faster than any class. They are also a non pk cabal. They don't get into wars, they don't have to worry about syndi. And they can absolutely destroy anyone who might try to attack them. While i understand the desire to be well armed, and prepared, it seems wrong to have such incredibly powerful cabal skills while holding the best rares in each slot just because you can. Id like to see herald gear just be absurdly powerful, because heralds are already obnoxiously powerful, heralds who want best in slot eq are going to get it, and the rest of the game will essentially just be down on best in slot eq for pvp focused chars.
