the whole idea is simply the title of the thread. it was just a stupid whim and i'm going to stop making whim threads now. the argument behind it was supposed to be that since a warr/ber especially need to spend so much time on equipment runs and/or is screwed if there's an uber-rare drought that they need, making melee uber rares regen faster would help these guys out. but i've never been a warmaster but it would help any melee really. mages have literally all the time in the freaking world to get their stuff. who cares about them. but since FL = a lot of RL time, why not compensate melee players for equipment run time.
What are you talking about? What's 'equipment regen time'? What do you mean, make the uber rares regen faster?

I think he wants melee-geared equipment to pop up on mobs before you kill them...I'm not really sure.
He is saying make the number cap for "melee rares" higher than "mage rare" cap.
But he already stated the reason this wouldn't be very good.
