Considering that Syndicate allows mostly only lv50 on their ranks, thus people below rank 42 are quite much safe from Syndicate, how about a skill/spell for Syndies that they can send mob after a PC that's not on their range?
Mob properties:
•Rather quick to chase.
•Somewhat easy to beat IF well prepared.
•Kills you easily, if you aint prepared and are fool enough to fight it long enough.
•Hits get stronger and stronger per round? If so, the damage amount gets back to starting level on re-attack.
•Matches rank with target, as like the raiders.
•Only groupmembers are able to harm the hunter along the target?
•The relative amount of bounty affects either the strength of the mob, or the cost of the skill/spell. (would do marvels on some rank sitters)
If Syndicate sends such hunter after "lowbie" who is all unaware of the coming danger, he could be able to collect the bounty. Kill would count as PK for the good of the Syndi who sended the hunter.
Limits:
•Works only against bountied PCs who are not in the PK range of any Syndi online.
•If another Syndi comes online who is on the PK range with a PC that has the hunter after him, the hunter will disappear. Negative effects of the sending will remain (usage-limit).
•Has usage limit, let's say like 48h-144h.
•Cannot be sent after Adventurers?
•Cannot be sent after PCs that are at lower rank than 10?
•If Syndies are able to place bounties, Syndi cannot send hunter after a PC he has self bountied.
•Will collect random bounty from the target, and return it to the sending Syndi.
•Costs 100-1000cps. (depending on the rank of the target; lower the rank, bigger the cost?)
•Slow to seek.
•Has specific starting point (Syndi HQ?).
•No lagging skills?
•Can be seen with "where" command.
