Kind of similar to the show's showing where could actors are currently out what they've done since leaving acting but with our characters instead. Say for instance that you had an amazing character but felt that you left them off in an odd sort of way that didn't quite feel right but you feel the need to clarify their actions more or give them a proper send off via the forum. This would be the best place to do so and the only real limitations should be that you can only create the story for your own characters.
This could mean potentially said characters that were deleted could go on to have further spiralled out of control resulting in permanent death but because you deleted TDP style you felt bad afterwards and want to flush it out some. We currently already have the graveyard and hall of fame, but this could easily be added to it as another sub category I'm sure. What it should require is the following:
-
deleted character
-
flushed out RP of said character
-
(optional for potential helping of future characters that are the same race/class) player
-
developed and standardized roleplay prior to deletion.
-
must have a minimum set of 400 hours due to TDP syndrome usually taking most character deletions well before that mark. (Exceptions can be made obviously due to hardcore characters.)
-
Any rp logs that were posted in prayer forum that added to either the changes of your character or further made them more interesting that was already a part of their standard rp.
-
cannot have condeathed (mainly because they can't really have a different life if they've already died permanently).
-
(optional) A Herald tome written in game to be published based off of how many rp points you may have had. This could result in a new sub section of tomes with possible multiple chapters. Each chapter should be equal to say 20 rp points with a max of 10 chapters.
This could even already be added straight tho the graveyard itself if needed be, but I'm sure some people would like to finish their RP out more rather than just leaving and deleting out of rage. The benefits to it that I thought of were to give players the ability to think beyond what their character already is or was. It also may give them further reason to play characters out longer than they already do. We see characters like Ivesianna who have solid backgrounds and RP base that last incredibly long times (I'm also looking at you @Anume since you have some of the longest played characters in the game with solid RP and PK). We also see players who come in hard with a character that swiftly changes how we may think of the game overall that don't necessarily have the longevity impact (which makes me look @f0xx, @Fireman, and @Unknown Brother from recent times).
Just an idea though maybe to add to it more?
