Vision/Gaze
Syntax cast 'vision/gaze' target (can be done in close proximity by a touch or from a distance)
As far back as legends have been told, the King's Seers and Oracles have been known to advise the Castle's most important decisions through visions of what is to come and sometimes gazes of what is to be. As these wise men and women have come and go throughout the years the Sigils have recorded the common intricacies and techniques the gifted persona have been known to possess to recreate these visions/gazes.
An ability that can be based off the basic foundation of the Syndicate 'spy'. I see it as an ability that can allow the caster to see things such as, the history of a persons conversation, his cabal statistics (members and ranks) such as an Elder would see, cabal relationships and current cabal notes/votes, what the person may see and his location (similar to the effect of the Crusaders Seer), detect magic etc. Stronger access to some of these effects may require direct touches.
I just thought this would be a good idea for Seers/Oracles of Sigil to have some ability that allows them to do just like there titles suggest. I've had the current Sigil E skill but it just doesn't seem to fight the rp. In terms of pk or avoiding pk its great though.
Knights already had a rework of cabal skills if I remember correctly nexus or Syndicate were up next but we were waiting for a coder to get it done. I know I am a nobody but I would rather see these other cabals get their buff like the watchers and Knights did already. Not saying it is a bad idea just think things need to stay on track with how they should have been done.
I personally think sigils need 0 new skills. I have fought sigils without their standard, then again after and the difference is absolutely insane. They recieve such insane defensive values.

That would be huge for RP.
But it should also have a PK application.
Allow them to see their opponents SCORE sheet from anywhere with a big lag.
Allow them to know the terrain type of their opponent room. 1 round lag and low cost, so that they can spam it and try to guess their location based on terrain progression.
Point is, Sigils do not need any more pk help 
Right. Guess what I should've said is that there current E skill should be removed and replaced with something more fitting with what they are viewed as. I.E. Merlin to King Arthur.

Sigil pk dedense power is already very strong. Toning it down and directing their skills to more rp aspect (like council in trib) I think would add more flavor. However, giving another cabal a skill rework is higher on my request list than further Knight changes.

I actually think that is an awesome idea that goes quite well with the Seer aspect of Sigil. it would add some rp flavor, provide character insight which could be quite useful for IG politics and it's just cool enough that I think it would be great in the Herald cabal if the Knights don't want it! just as they can recall tomes in the library, they should be able to give you the histories of Aabahran's inhabitants...

Current Sigil E skill is already very passive - defensive, so ok IMO. We'd have to think about how we work this in if the pbase likes the idea.
I have no idea what the current Sigil E skill does, but Tassin's idea is a very good one and fits very well into the RP of Sigil, IMO.
