Old Strangle/Blackjack change

There was an old change that made strangle/blackjack much more dependent on size. It seems it was put into place to make giants more difficult to put to sleep. I understand the reasoning behind this but to what extent? It would seem rogues now have to eat a venom sack to overcome the tone, which I don't see as a big problem for thieves. Most of there traps not only lag a bit but tells them whether there trap was successful or not and it gives them ample time to eat a venom sack before blackjacking. However ninjas don't have the same luxury. As a ninja, many times, seconds before making my move I'll have to eat the venom sack then get into sanctuary and then go back into hiding and then hope the giant didn't see me during that period I came out and drank his brew. The change didn't seem entirely equal between ninjas and thieves, unless it was designed to mainly tone ninjas rather than thieves in the first place. Thoughts? Ofcourse this wouldn't be a tassinvegeta post without suggesting something, so I would propose the size restriction be taken away from the strangle skill.

I think if this were reversed, you would also have to reduce a rogue's bash-avoidance chance.

Seems whenever I play a rogue they get bashed to death against every one who can bash.

Even with this new lag change?
