Imagine a person who fight with a staff. Use his/her punches? no..never... Uses the all side of the staff. I think old pugil was better and more realistic than the new one. I offer to return the old. With my best wishes..

Do you mean a Ninja? I don't recall Warriors Pugil being changed, but I'm not sure if a Ninja even pugils since I never play them really.
i mean the warrior pugil, It is changed. Hits with punch for the dual wield. Even you double grip..
This is a known bug that resulted from another issue that was fixed. It wasn't intentional and should be returned to normal.
Well it has not returned to normal for my ranger.. He is now, a very weak character. :(
