Give Storm Giants a Water damage bonus

Give Storm Gaints a water damage bonus when using water weapons like Fire giants with fire weapons etc. Storm giants are so weak right now, they could use the boost. There aren't that many water weapons out there to begin with. Sure they could trounce more on Dwarves and Duergars, but so what? Fire Giants maul Ferals the same way...

Thoughts?

yea. They already have 110 in everything on water.

I'm very aware of that. But who will fight a storm giant on water? Honestly. Hardly EVER happens. Not to mention that melee Storm giants just got a major setback to themselves by not being able to kick dirt.

Storm giants are the gimps of the Giant races. I thought it'd be a boost (but not too big) and it made sense due to Storms affinity for water already.

So, Thoughts? Is that too much of a boost to Storm Giants? What about lowering/taking away the bonus to skills on water (because it's rarely if ever useful).

Bro... you are doing it ALL kinds of wrong. People fight me on water on the regulars. If they really want to come get you, they get to play on your turf. If you really want to come get them, you might have to play on theirs. Remember that deep down, you are a benevolent kind of guy. The water perk is HUGE for making a defensive stand.

Nah. Becomes pretty pointless in cabal warfare. If they're on water just go for there standard? -shrug-

I'd have played Storm Warrior Praetorians long ago if they had something to compete with those fire, ogre, and minotaur giants (all of which who don't have to be dependant upon a certain terrain to use there special abilities). The lack of magical norem/nodisarm staffs for goods combined with there aversion toward wood makes them very difficult to compete against the other giants. It would seem they are meant to be played more as clerics and crusaders.
