Strength of the Damned

I suggest taking the cooldown way down on this. It is such a staple spell for a necro that have to wait a game month to cast it seems a big turnoff to the class in general.

I didn't find it to be terribly irritating with my necromancer, but that's just me. I felt that, especially when soloing for new zombies, the timer was essentially run down by the time you killed your next mob.
