I would be annoyed if I was playing a vamp and one of my strong enemies which I am supposed to fight didn't know (till now) that little thing for vamps ![]()
Drow "Dark Vision"
You still can't see what is beyond those exits.
I dunno... creatures that should have "dark vision" should have it.
I have dark vision too. The world is ending!
I really hope those exits do not show up while your blind, otherwise that really needs fixed because that has to be a bug.
They go away when you are blinded...
In my opinion they make the best:
Cleric
Healer
Shaman
Some of the best invokers that I can recall have been Drow.
Granted that can put them in a certain cabal with a certain perk, but still--Drow.
Elves rule.

Celerity's Knight Sigil Elf Invo©ker (Mya SHOUT OUT!) Sachi (spelling?) was a powerhouse.
I enjoyed playing Iraekiira my Nexus Reaver Drowess Invoker. Shout out to Emp_Newb for the framework. I totally copied his design. Super powerful.

haha good luck trying to force an advantage.
in all of his 61 lives, I ran into this as an issue one time.
Heh, I do not even use that command for those areas. I have spent a lot of time in them and can pretty quickly figure out my route. North Fields can be tricky, but once you get to the house your good.

not sure how you can "learn" the shadow grove, since it changes every shift.
but sure.
Mind you, the vampire thing is just funny to me, could care less if its changed.
Haha, epic fail ![]()
There's a pattern you must follow. 2 moves in any direction (n,w or n,s or s,s or e,e ETC) should always bring you to one of the entrances or exits. So follow that pattern by moving twice in several different directions and typing 'exit' or scanning for your local mobs.
Epic fail @ f0xx & Kyzarius.
(Of course this is the Shadow Grove we're talking about.)
Yes, good luck with that.
Yeah, believe it or not, I've had plenty of luck with it, thanks though!

I have to agree with Jibber here, the shadow grove is only three steps wide. If you took more steps than that you went to far. 2 steps to Edgar, 2 steps anywhere from him.
The trick is to remember that the exit you take enters the next room differently (I hope I am not giving too much away here, edit me if I am please). Example; Many times you must walk south to get to the tower of magic.
Yes, but there are still patterns, and knowing the number of rooms and possible exits all help when you are following or trying to get the heck out.
