Yeah, and everybody gets one bad idea everyone can ignore, his just happened to work out. Unless you've got a middle name of Pinta, I don't think that'll happen.
I do think resrictions on slots should be lifted a bit, and how hard it is to earn one. Someone that sucks with a qrace will die a lot quicker, and probably delete quicker to. Then it doesn't really matter. It isn't like FL is known for having the most deadly Undeads of any mud, we're know for having pretty spectacular RP and a learning curve for PK that makes a wall look slightly inclined. (high bar for excellence there, is hwa tI mean)

I would say to make undeads rollable if it wasn't for the "no sleepy for undeady" thing. I find that class to be pretty balanced with all the rest, cept that no sleep thing. Demons/Avatars = nasty business if they're played right. So they should remain as they are and on a slot basis. Nothing would be more lame than seeing 14 demon running around.
As for quest classes, if you life restrictions on them...Oh god how dumb that would be. And if you make them the same as druids, we'd have 30 crusader/psi/vamps running around at once. What would there be left to work on, getting into cabals? Boo, boring! Maybe making it a little less difficult to become those qclasses, but not by much. A 2 week wait, some pk, some RP, and a yay you win, that's not too difficult. Perhaps you could have your own unwritten restrictions, things like If there are only 2 vampires and 2 people are trying to become vampires give them a chance a little earlier? Or IF there are 10 vampires, wait time = 2 months? I dunno, honestly I'd like to see DKs have to get to 50 and prove themselves to become vamps, just like Psis and Crusaders. considering lvl 30 DKs when played right should own everything that moves.

yeah, add warrior to that list as well. A 30 dk isn't a cake walk, I have been there a few times.

I guess I just never had any type of problem with my 30 DK killing any class. Shrugs, a little problem with a giant warrior, but that's easily negated with making yourself giant...Meh, just found 30 pking with my DK WAY WAY WAY easier than 50 pking with my DK.
pking with a 30 anything is easy. I had a 30 cleric go 14-0. A thirty blm go like 9-1 (one being that I almost exclusively fought groups, and this one got me.) a 30 monk go 8-2. It is all about prep and how you know the lands.

I've had a level 30 faerie invoker with a 9-0 record.
My demon cleric went like 30 and 2 against groups and whoever. But I've had alot of clerics at 30.
Invokers, shamans, necros. Easiest imo to pk with at 30.

Level 30 kills are really meaningless. I was 30-0 at 30 as a human thief vs. everything that in my path. Big whoop. Was 80-0 when he got to 50. Big deal. All those kill s might as well been nothing. Level 50 is where it's at baby.
