Especially when they're training at the crows or mahn tors.
Well, there's the surprise of hitting someone training... but there's also the surprise of hitting a group of lowbies with a high-damage spell and instead of them sticking around to all start whaling on you a couple of them flee and you've got you versus one hurt target, then soon you vs two hurt cowardly targets. 
And no, not a Republican... but I also wouldn't call myself a Democrat, though I tend to vote that way. Both groups have some good ideas... the problem is that they too often confine themselves to ideology and tribalism rather than actually working together and recognizing that neither side is right all the time but both are right some of the time.
