These weapons are those which do not easily fall into any other
category.  Often they are magical or strange items, or weapons 
specific to some culture or profession.

Exotics are more offensive than polearms, and easier to defend
with then flails.  They disarm better than flails, shield-disarm
better than whips, and are easier to disarm than whips.
