RUTHLESS

"To the victor go the spoils of war" is the motto for all who follow this
path. This tier is for those who are experienced in the realm of Playerkilling
and seek to reach higher levels of infamy. Those who choose the RUTHLESS tier
will live a life of constant danger:
 
 - Upon death, they can be fully looted by other Ruthless characters.
 - No limit on the number of rare items you can carry.
 - Short protection window after being killed (8 ticks).
 - If killed while carrying more than 5 rares, 1-3 of them will crumble to dust.
 - Killing a Moderate player earns bonus cabal points or gold.
 - Thieves are always Ruthless and cannot become Moderate.
