Syntax: learn <language>
        speak <language>
 
LEARN without an argument tells you your current ability level in all
the languages you know or that are available to you. You can check
this anywhere.
 
LEARN with an argument will help you learn a language. You may learn
up to 75% proficiency in a language from any TEACHERS in Aabahran. You
must be standing with a TEACHER to learn more about a language. You 
won't be able to learn past 0% of a language unless you already know
at least 1% of the language.
 
SPEAK without an argument tells you what language you'll speak by
default if you were to type: say, tell, yell, or gtell.
 
SPEAK with an argument will allow you to toggle which language you will
speak by default.
 
You can also speak a language by typing <language> <text>, regardless
of which language you currently speak by default.
