Merchants have opened shops across Aabahran for decades, keeping gold and
other currency flowing and creating a bristling economy for the masses.
To further circulate gold and cabal currency, the Merchants have created
a loan system that can be used by anyone who is in good graces with
their parent company - granted, the applicants don't have a bounty on 
their heads.

Interest starts to accrue after ten days of the initial transaction, and
increased total amount owed depending on the Merchant's original deal. 
The Merchant Loan Officer will always offer a 25% interest on all of his
transactions.

When loaned gold, the initial amount borrowed is all that is owed, unless
the loan accrues interest. When loaned cabal points, the amount owed is
1000 x CPTS in gold.
