BLOWGUN
Syntax: passive (automatic in combat)

  Toxicologist rogues trained in the blowgun fire darts at their
opponent with each round of combat, delivering whatever toxin coats
the dart's tip directly into the victim's body.  Darts are consumed
from the rogue's inventory as they are fired, and a more skilled
toxicologist can fire several in rapid succession.
