Syntax: butcher <corpse>
        butcher <corpse> steaks

Butchers are able to use knifes to cut up fresh corpses for sinew, hide, and
more.

You need a knife to butcher corpses for more than their steaks. If you don't
have one, you can only cut steaks with your weapon.

Rangers and adventurers learn a butcher skill of their own that only teaches
how to create steaks.
