STEEP
Syntax: steep <herb> <container>

You can steep herbs into a container of water over a lit fire and create tea.

Anyone can steep tea. If you have the cooking trade you will get a stronger
pot and more of it, and a better herb makes better tea. You must have a
container of water to steep the herbs into.
