Syntax: craft head <tool>
        craft deepwater
        make <tool>

A named tool is a master's tool with a rare core set in it. Most of them
have a power of their own. From rank 90, smiths forge the heads of these
tools from plans, and fletchers make the deepwater rod the same way. The
Forgemaster's hammer is a named tool too, and a smith needs it in hand to
forge the rest.

You can trade a head, but the tool is bound to whoever creates it. You
need to be rank 90 in the trade that uses a tool to finish a named tool.
