Syntax: pitch <pavilion>
        get <pavilion>
        craft pavilion mend

A master tailor can sew a pavilion from four bolts of one cloth. They can
pitch it anywhere except in a city, or on the water. It allows for a more
restful sleep, or simply provides a great place to rest.
