BLINDNESS
Syntax: cast 'blindness' <target>
        commune 'blindness' <target>

This spell magically blinds your opponents.  The victim will lose their sight for some 
duration of time if it is not cured.  The effect of the spell is more powerful 
and can blind the opponent longer at a higher level.
