SHIELD
Syntax: cast 'shield
        cast 'shield' <target>
        commune 'shield
        commune 'shield' <target>

The shield spell creates a magical shield around the caster which helps him to 
deflect some of the attacks thrown against him.  In doing so, it also helps the 
caster by deflecting the critical attacks so that if an attack does land, it 
does not land with as much force.
