The outfit command is useable by characters levels 5 and below to equip
yourself with a new set of basic gears to start their adventures.
 
Those who are in cabals may also purchase a set of gear from their
respective organization.  While it will not be suitable for one trying to
conquer worlds, it provides basic protections.
