Having been involved in many fights in cities, bards have adapted to
such environments. Using the props and traffic of cities they thus
gain a fighting advantage and may strike more often than normal.

Those of the guild who have achieved an expertise, and mastery in 
the bardic arts have also been known to use their enemies distractions
to their advantage, no matter where they may be fighting.
