Why do you have to wait forever out of combat to use this? Could we remove this requirement, or at least lower it?
Surrender
I think it's there to prevent people who are about to be captured by a Tribunal to surrender out of spite, negating the Tribunal his cabal points.
Frankly, i think it should count as a capture for all tribunals logged in. It's a RP mud, if we can convince someone to surrender from free will, we should be rewarded.
So i make a suggestion, allow Surrender to surrender directly to a Tribunal.
>Surrender Nyra
This way you could surrender to Nyra, as if she had spanked you to 0 Hp's.
Even with blood on your cloths.
You already can surrender to a specific Tribunal - see the change log.
Also, I believe captures already grant everyone logged on CPs...
The help file should be changed to reflect this.
I surrender recently, and if i knew that i could had surrender to a Tribunal PC, i would have.
SURRENDER
Syntax: surrender
Those criminals that wish to submit willingly to the forces of Law,
may surrender to common guards, and thus be brought to justice. Simply
use the surrender command to notify the nearest guards of your wish.

surrender
You have not been marked a criminal.
When you type surrender, it gives you option to give a name, if you're wanted, I guess. Well then, if someone does surrender out of spite, then it should grant CP to all tribbies on. In any case, it's a really long time out of combat before you can surrender, at least as long as when you can quit, so it seems like it's much too easy for a wanted to say, "I'll turn myself in." Then just quit out.

This happened a good five times to my last tribunal.
Through that under general dishonesty and and disruption of justice any number of things
pass the list of charges to a council to see about getting them a nice fat yellow OUTLAW tag when they log back on ![]()

I like the fat yellow OUTLAW flag. It's cool
Must be coupled with the WANTED flag though ![]()
The wanted flag was implied since if they're surrendering they're most likely wanted lol
I was referring to how some people get rid of the WANTED flag, but remain outlaw. That is not as badass ![]()
