A-G is right. AT 15 you can master. Everything caps at 80 prior to that.

Instead of giving exp pen based on race then class...why not give exp pen based on race + class? Meaning...give exp pen based on combos and how overpowered they tend to be. I don't think an elf ranger should have more exp pen than an ogre ranger...but, since you give exp based on race then class...you end up gimping a few race/class combos that are already underpowered... Just MHO
