New 'replay' command

So! The replay command is pretty amazing, but sometimes you end up incorporating tells, cabal chat, clan chat, or group chat into your roleplay.

I think a 'replay all' command would be super useful, combining all of says/emotes/tells/cabal/etc into the replay command.

Example (just modifying the one from help replay):

[05:42:08] A demon told you 'What do you call a selfless Imp?'

[05:42:18] You told a demon 'What...'

[05:42:21] A demon told you 'And mp! HAH!'

[05:42:25] You frown.

[05:42:30] A druid tells the group 'Come to the glade.'

Would be a lot easier keeping logs that're complete.

One thing that bothers me about this command is, that for example if you walk south of Mirvuhor. Especially if you have pets. You get blasted with a wave of says. And those says get picked up on your 'replay says' and sometimes will cause some text to be cut off, due to hitting a cap. And with all those guards, even at Kesrick, will certainly drive you towards that cap much faster.

This is why I just log everything and then edit it myself.

Prog chat could have its own filter to get rid of that stuff
