you were a sigil?
a cleric too. um, co 'spell turning' ? ive never had trouble with a shaman on a cleric.
I'd just blast down his spell turning with poison then immediately pop off blasphemy.

on a sigil? I've played Sigil. I dont get the "land anything" comment. Any sigil I have ever fought with a shaman just laughed at me.

I'm 99% sure he was not Sigil or even Knight for that matter.

Had an undead shaman try to do this on my dwarf healer. Couldn't land blasphemy to save her life and I was certainly chuckling behind the screen while they were trying. I don't get the "land anything" comment either. Might have felt like it, but that would take a ton of luck.
Yeah. My experiences with a shaman were usually try to land a spell for 30minutes while getting absolutely destroyed then finally having it land and then cured immediately at a temple. It was until recently that spells landed easier.
Some fights I'd land stuff first shot, some fights I would never land a spell. Even against Dranthos there were hour long fights where I couldn't land anything other than deteriorate or phantom grasp. Then we'd fight the next day and poison/plague would land first shot. I dunno.
I made aware some ways to make LS more balanced without destroying the class. Some of the suggestions seem very similar actually. Anyway I think Imms are already working on it.
@Kyzarius I understand how to play the class, and no I wasn't knight. I wanted to play the character risky, because I kept lamian stave. I didn't instantly flee when spell turning dropped because narifel was undead, he benefitsaid from me running more than I do. So I was willing to stay a bit longer to push for a chance at winning.
Might we be able to keep this on topic? If shamans need attention (which I think their only real problem is the inflated stats) then maybe another thread.
