I'm fully aware of that. And if aggressor does nothing to reveal himself, then I could do nothing as tribunal. If thief would stay hidden for next aproximal 7 minutes after jacking and stealing from me while there is only 3 lowbies, me as tribunal and thief around, I could not flag him, because I couldn't be 100% sure it was him.
Because "non-adventurers" (mobs) don't come and jack you. (yes, imms can take it as "wink wink" also)

Not allowed to use who-list that way I think. You have to see the crime, or hear a legit yell or have two lawful wintesses. That is how evidence is defined I think.

just thought i'd mention that if you're in a dark place and your torch goes out, you also can't see anyone on the who list....i think that is justification for my idea.

Also, just a side-note; playing game that don't have who-list is annoying.

(and like i said, while you're dirted, blinded, or without a light source in the darkness, the who list is empty...so why not also if your eyes are closed during sleep??)

Because the game has to surrender some reality to keep the game fun. It'd be annoying to be unable to watch your who, who pk, etc. while sleeping/meditating, especially for blademasters or monks who need to spend more time resting than most. I don't see the who list being there while you sleep as a problem in any real way, but it'd just be kind of annoying to remove it for while you sleep. It's not like you're physically looking around and see everybody in the world.
