RP reasons. After all, if you kept killing "enough" Dryads in Emerald for RP reasons, it might cause some changes in Emerald. Be it good or bad, who knows.
[Edit] But what makes it that I won't be cleaning the waste on the streets, is the fast recreation of it. If the cleaning of it would have actual effects, like the streets becoming actually clean for a period of time (24h?), maybe added to that rats would keep away, and maybe the longer period of keeping the streets clean causing the water to become drinkable again... Then I could actually work for it.
And Crelle has made nice way for a lowbie/healer to gain some cash.
Besides, what is Tribunals reach for those rats? Would it be illegal to kill them? After all, they keep biting people and spreading diseases. (maybe they could announce about it?)
And why the town doesn't hire cleaners? I could easily imagine a mob that wanders around with slow pace, picking up the trash on the ground. Maybe also going and dumping it somewhere when collected it enough?
