Locate Bounty Item

I have been thinking about the now correct rare count being a shock to the playerbase. Okay, so the low limit is a tough adjustment for people right now. I have felt it myself on characters that are 'trying to make it.' I am okay with it, but I'd just like to throw out a small idea to make it slightly less rough by examining the items on bounties.

Basically here it is: Make it so we can look at all the current bounties without having to A) commit to the bounty and possibly have the target online.

It would be in the form of a 'wanted posters' in Tribunal offices that you can look through. Maybe it would just show the Top 10 people, or top 50.

Alternate route would be to make Locate Object find objects within bounties.

Just some ideas to throw out there. Bounties could be a great way to enhance equipment turnover, but I don't think it is nearly as effective as it could be. More ideas on the subject are floating in my head, but I won't post a long list of ideas at once, so...feel free to tell me all about how this won't work, hehe.

Except the posters should be in the Syndicate offices...not Tribunal...Or you could just play mages like me and not have to worry about it.

Yeah, you could have posters in the room where you place bounties, I could see that.

or like back then they had the posters were every one can see it, so maybe the central sqaure of the three cities. Kind of like the trib roll call.

Unforunately, it doesn't work like that. As soon as a rare item is bountied, it goes right back into circulation (upon the next world shift, of course). That's why rare counts tend to get so crazily high, because bounties have a way of giving the code a kick in the pants, and jacking them up. That's also why rares crumble when you kill a mob/person.

Well getting rid of syndi could do a few things, but we would still be faced with the bounty problem
