Old royal skill

I was told there used to be an old royal skills which allowed the royal to create banner of his city. Person who told me about it didn't remember its name, but that would be cool to resurrect for like...all the cabals. Give every cabal the ability to make a banner of their organization.

A light as a banner for every cabal, either skill or at their store, would be a nifty item. (For the store just make them cost 10cp's or something.)

The Banner of Law.
The Banner of Honor.
The Banner of Gaia.
The Banner of Shadows.
The Banner of Chivalry.
The Banner of Magic.
The Banner of Death.

Meh.

Some cabals have just such an item. Watch around for it.
