Clans

I want clans back, Cabals stole them from us.

Think there could be a code to allow people to be in more than one clan at a time? I mean I can see a knigt sitting on a council for a clan, or a nexus having his own clan possy outside of the nexus.

I mean I just remember player ran clans as a GREAT source of RP.

Any chance of this happening?

Player sponsored clans never went away. There just hasn't been a good one in quite some time, and no one has been applying for any for quite some time.

I think the rules about OOC connections and not revealing characters to people has probably had an affect on that as it is very difficult to organise these things 100 % IC

I think the reason player run clans are dying away is because people won't sacrifice being in a cabal for being in a clan, so I suppose my real proposal is to make a system where you can be in both a player run clan and a cabal at the same time...

I would like you to be member of the academy AND a cabal clan. Its really killing the academy as the system looks now.

I would entertain the idea of all newbies belonging to the academy after rank 5, and Herald having some other feeder clan. Then, if you join a cabal feeder clan, you are out of the academy.
