How do you mean? Like how exactly active they are? Because it's roughly 3 days of being logged in, and anything after that is considered inactive. You can usually tell who exactly will be booted though as long as their flags are visible based on how often you play versus how often they do. If a Cabal isn't full though, the information it shows shouldn't be too big of a deal for anyone, especially if it's a Cabal you're aiming for.

Activity should be logged in within the past 3 days, not 3 days of being logged in.  The latter can be confused with logging in for over 72 hours in that timeframe.
