So having come back to playing this game after a very long time there's just one thing bothering me!!
ALL THE NEW AREAS!!
How do you all learn them so fast? I've been shown around a lot and I've made little maps, but even still it's hard as heck to get around Maelbrim, Labyrinth, and a whole bunch of other places.
I've had a lot of free time this month so I'm soaking up everything I can, but holy smokes!
Takes a bit but you get used to them. I had to refamiliarize myself with the game after coming back from a two year break once and then trying to learn the new areas as well. Took me like a week of breezing through the places but I got it. Easiest way to do it is have a class that has identify as well to help with identifying all the new items you're seeing. It helps a ton.
Look for a pattern. Find it, follow it.
I ignore new areas. They disrupt my ability to look like I know everything. I won't even roll a goodie now because Thalos golems are gone. Thanks Geoffram, you ruined my ability to play a neutral and a good. Selfish knight.

darkness, but can't see much. The moonlight glints off of a small plaque.

The area is not actually changed yet. Just a couple mobs and a few atmosphere additions but further changes will come. Just saying.
