blm question

Can blm's take expertise (not mastery) in their own race's anatomy to get it to 120? I am assuming the answer is no, but I just wanted to verify this.

ummm...I don't think I've ever tried it. I guess you could see if you could select it and roll the infamous dice of "maybe?"

I don't see a reason not to...

I would almost say for certain that it would work.
