This does seem like a rough matchup. Hopefully there's some counterplay available, I don't know the bard kit too well.

That was about it! Not much to do vs 10 rounds of lag in that first sequence, and I was pretty much as prepared as I could be, on top of geared to the teeth. Other than getting a lucky sleep off on you, which is very hard to do compared to something like a necro, I stand zero chance it seems. A tough nut to crack, but the challenge is what it is all about.

I will say the log above indicates you don’t have hand to hand mastered. That is badly damaging your chance to parry and weapon block.

Curious to know stats and prep. As I fought siphi in town and bardic and brawl carried the fight hard. Also not getting an opener really hurt you. Your power isn't round by round, it's spelling them up with wonky effects.

Hendren is right I should master h2h before giving up on this matchup. I’m 55/55 hit dam -350ac or so. I didn’t get the opener, tried once to sleep but failed. The damage and lag is so dangerous to try and cast too much. Which means you’re basically just waiting to flee instead of even thinking about fleeing. But we shall see what mastering h2h can do for me!
