Changes [1/31/2016]

Sorry for the delay everyone -

Small update and change this week:

Bards lose throw and edge_craft. Bards who had both learned will receive practices back.

Bards with the ARTIFICER perk will now have instrumentalist mastered at 101, and learned at 100 at creation.

Bards can now dismantle their instruments, with a chance to receive material of dismantled weapon.

So where is the original post for bard changes from what I have seen I may have to come back and roll one, been waiting a long time to see new changes to them personally.
