Aliases!

Can we get more than 64 aliases in game?  I know it sounds like a lot, but they REALLY help to flesh out RP and simplify combat.

what are you talking about? You mean aliases stored IG and not in your client? I don't even use those. If I want an alias, I just make it in zMUD...What do you use?

I'm talking about in game aliases.  I use zmud, but the in game aliases are just more convenient.

really??? Now I need to look at those. How so? I don't use IG aliases at all..easy to change or set up? They seem difficult to maintain though.

nod = looks up and nods.

They're REALLY useful, I'm surprised to find someone ISNT using them.

Well...it's the exact same thing in Zmud. You can just enter the command line

#AL nod {emote/pmote looks up and nods.}

and nod provides you the exact same result, no?

Yeah, but if you have to move between computers it makes it a lot more fluid and your chars RP doesn't suffer as much.

Ahh. fair enough. Unless of course you just take a copy of the settings file and put it on google drive or some such. Much more dynamic inside zMUD, but I see the appeal.

Going from PC to Mac makes that almost impossible.  That's what I'm having to deal with, which is why I want more ALIASES!
