Should be made owner and have a better use then what it is at the moment, right now it has charges and poof it is gone. it is a really cool looking and sounding item just to be poof gone.
Example for use:
use horn
(AREA ECHO) A loud pierce of a battle horn sounds off invigorating your enemies moral.
Affects user same as bards battle hymn, maybe a little less but similar.
