I maintain there ought to be a smokable that makes you relax i.e., come down out of rage.
That would be really really scary. Berserkers are already scary enough to fight without them being to jump out a rage at will. Go path of anger if you want that power. 
Berserkers are no scarier than any other class. And the game is full of consumables that mimic abilities.
There's one that makes you calm, is there not? Seem to remember one.
There are herbs that calm you, but it makes you cast the calm spell, does not calm the smoker.
I thought it over and think that whil;e it would be nice, it would be too nice for a dev zerk to be able to go in and out of rage with no real drawback, and with no lag at all. I see where your coming from, but feasability for this type of thing is low.
What I don't get is why there is not a HIGH level frenzy herb that has a good chance to give you insomnia lol

FL pot needs to be sold by the cartel. There should be a random chance of a good or bad spell affect upon smoking it. As pot affects everyone differently. Seriously think about it...

Not at all. Don't really smoke much at all anymore.
I used to smoke the devils lettuce then come up with the craziest most off the wall RP, then immediately roll a character.
Or I would lead trips to places that would move so ungodly slow because I kept losing my concentration (literally, I did not have to be playing a mage, I would just space out.)
