there used to be a command in Diku Muds called "chug" and what it did was drain your water supply but made you not hungry. Apparently it was taken out or wasn't in this code, but it WAS in AR so I imagine it was in this code before. Any thoughts on bringing it back?

how is water going to make you not hungry? Also... too much water can be toxic... how hilarious would it be to die from clean water poisoning?
Some people curb their hunger using liquids. This is how some people are underweight. Thus, if this be brought out, I say that it should still cause your character to receive some damage. Longer for the damage to take place / half the damage caused. Something along those lines. Perhaps after repeated use, much like drug withdrawl.
