SMELTING SMELT

SMELT 
Syntax: smelt <metal>

Smelting melts three pieces of the same ore down into a single ingot.

Smelting takes awhile. Once you start to smelt, all of your ore will be used;
if you're interrupted or move away before finished, you'll lose your ingots.

The ingot comes out at roughly the average quality of the three ores that
went into it, with a little added for your rank and for the tongs you used.
