REWORK
Syntax: rework <weapon> <metal>

Rework lets you take a weapon you forged, put it back in the fire and remake
it in a different metal. You need a hammer in your hand, tongs in your pack,
a lit fire, and an ingot of the metal you want to use.

Reworking strips off everything the weapon was and replaces it with whatever
the new metal is, improving quality.

You can only rework a weapon that a smith forged.
