CUTGEM
Syntax: cutgem <stone>
        cutgem <stone> cleave

Cutgem takes a rough stone and works it down into a gem, using a chisel.

From rank 90, you can cleave a raw legendary stone in two, but a miss
shatters it.

A gem that has been cut doesn't do anything until its imbued.
