I never said that I don't enjoy arguing. However, I maintain that there is a significant distinction, particularly connotatively, between "arguing to argue" and "arguing in the hope that you'll learn something from it."

There is something to learn in anything, no need to argue, just ask questions. You argue to argue. You like to argue. You like to drink. You're an abusive alcoholic who just likes to argue. I want a divorce.

He's been like that for as long as I can remember. I distinctly recall having a three hour debate over the vampire mythology in modern cinema with him..and we were on the same page when we started!
